Job Description: The Director of Charter Sales will be responsible for overseeing all aspects involved in growing Alerion’ s charter sales business. General Responsibilities:
 Implement sales and marketing strategy for growing retail/Wholesale charter clients
 Develop company sales collateral and oversee wholesale outreach and retail marketing efforts.
 Motivate and lead a charter sales team using a quantitative goal oriented approach.
 Manage charter sales processes for quoting and service delivery.
 Strive to hit Company Revenue goals and maximize aircraft capacity utilization.
 Implement and maintain good follow up for both wholesale and retail clients
 Implement direct prospecting system for retail charter sales
 Maintain sales pipeline reporting and sales/marketing budget
 Promote Alerion service offerings and identify sales strategies

 Present aircraft trip P&l’s to aircraft owners and secure the trip.
 Represent Alerion at Industry Events and seek face to face opportunities with existing and prospective charter clients.

Job Description:

Flight Coordinator at Alerion are the focal point of our operation and serve as the central contact to ensuring all part 135/91 flights are properly released and both aircraft and flight crews are supported during an entire flight schedule. This position is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance prior to and during each aircraft operated under part 135.

General Responsibilities:
 Verify each flight on certificated aircraft meets the 135 regulations for legal crew, legal aircraft and legal trip.
 Issue and track release numbers for each flight on certificated aircraft.
 Actively flight follow Alerion Aviation fleet.
 Send detailed trip paperwork to flight crews, log all flights upon completion.
 Review schedule on a daily basis to confirm all crew is legal and current and all flights are within legal limits.
 Source and setup best fuel options at appropriate stops on flight schedule.
 Arrange trip logistical and service items as necessary to support client and crew, including;
 Coordinate the aircraft movements to support client’s travel schedule
 Schedule support personnel, including airline travel and hotels as needed
 Arrange for landing and over-flight permits, clearances, ground handling, security needs, customs, ground transportation, and catering for domestic and international destinations
 Provide required documentation for and communicate with various government agencies for domestic and international destinations, including Customs and Immigration as applicable.
 Coordinate aircraft movement in concert with the Pilot in Command to ensure that all airspace and airport restrictions are complied with, and to ensure that all aircraft support services are available and notified.
 Monitor duty time limitations and currency requirements for flight crews to ensure compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and Alerion Aviation General Operating Manual.
 Assist Captain as necessary with trip routing with regards to tech stops, crew swapping, and/or crew augmenting.
 Provide 24/7 coverage for entire fleet of Alerion aircraft
