Open Position: A&P Mechanic

Full-time position at our Farmingdale, NY Location

JetFlite International has an immediate opening for an experienced A&P mechanic in Farmingdale, New York.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

✈    Provide maintenance management for aircraft based in Farmingdale, New York.
✈    Position reports to the Director of Maintenance in Long Beach, CA. Occasional travel required
✈    Performing maintenance tasks – preflights, postflights, line maintenance.
✈    Coordinating outside vendor support, including part-time employees.
✈    When necessary, coordinate maintenance tasks outside the United States.
✈    Ordering and handling parts and materials, both domestic and internationally.
✈    Responsible for oversight and cleanliness of company aircraft.

The present fleet consists mainly of Gulfstream and Challenger aircraft. JFI is a growth-oriented company and the candidate for this position must be able to perform to company standards in a challenging environment.
